Miami Residence Renovation

Entire residence renovation project. These clients bought this house in Doral, Florida because they fell in love with the big open spaces, great natural light, and huge backyard with lots of space and potential. The rest was left up to us. Our team transformed this residence by getting rid of all the standard developer features. We polished the look by changing arched wall openings into straight lines, added custom closets, a state-of-the-art kitchen, recessed high hatch lighting, marble floors, a cutting-edge glass and stainless steel staircase, custom wall treatments, and modern Italian furniture to give these clients the look and feel they were after.

The empty backyard was brought to life with a custom design that delivered a multi-area pool (with swimming, jacuzzi, and tanning features), a basketball court, a bar and barbeque canopy, lounge furniture, and a pergola with hammocks to relax on lazy afternoons. The resort-feel was completed by installing an outdoor entertainment system with speakers, mood lighting, and TV's throughout the entire patio.
